XFINITY’s #5ToFollow - Friday, November 8th

Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Vance McCullough, the voice of @XFINITYSports, delivers his analysis of the five key games to watch online, paired with five Twitter follows to give you insider information on the matchup. Have a matchup that youíd like Vance to feature? Tweet @XFINITYSports with the hashtag #5ToFollow.

1. Oregon vs. Georgetown

Details: Friday, November 8 @ 8:00 PM ET - U.S. Army Camp Humphreys - Pyeongtaek, South Korea

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch: The No. 19 Oregon Ducks and Georgetown Hoyas will dawn Nike camouflage jerseys Friday night in the Armed Forces Classic in South Korea. This is a game with two traditional powers tip off, but it is about so much more than the play on the court. Playing in front of our servicemen and women, putting on a show for those who keep us safe and free, this is a moment that is bigger than the game itself. There will be a winner and a loser on Friday night, but it will be an amazing moment for these collegiate athletes to bring joy to the brave men and women serving our country overseas.

2. Auburn vs. Tennessee

Details: Saturday, November 9 @ 12:00 PM ET - Neyland Stadium - Knoxville, TN

Watch Here: ESPN on XFINITY

Why Watch: An Auburn team that leads the SEC in rushing travels to Neyland Stadium for an SEC showdown with the Tennessee Volunteers. Inside Neyland, these Vols have been a different team and will look to derail Auburn’s championship hopes with an upset Saturday. While the Vols are tough, it’s a mighty tall order to slow Auburn’s amazing tailback, Tre Mason. Mason is averaging 159 yards on the ground over his last three road games, but UT’s d-line is tough on the run with 351 lbs. Daniel McCullers clogging the running lanes. Can Rocky Top stop the run or will the Tigers win their sixth straight game Saturday afternoon?

3. Arsenal vs. Manchester United

Details: Sunday, November 10 @ 11:00 AM ET - Old Trafford ñ Manchester, U.K.

Watch Here: NBCSN with XFINITY

Why Watch: The Arsenal Gunners are enjoying the Ozil impact, as they currently hold a five point advantage at the top of the Premier League table, but Manchester United is no stranger to taking down the kings. Man U is unafraid of the top seeded Gunners and superstar striker, Wayne Rooney, has said they’re capable of beating Arsenal. United holds a 9-1-2 record over Arsenal in their last 12 matches, but Ozil is a difference maker. Will we see the ManU rise up in Sunday’s match or will Arsenal further their lead in the #BPL?

4. USWNT vs. Brazil

Details: Sunday, November 10 @ 3:30 PM ET - Citrus Bowl - Orlando, FL

Watch Here: NBC with XFINITY

Why Watch: This will be the last game of U.S. Soccer’s 100th year for the #USWNT and they are looking to go out on a high note, winning over archrival Brazil. This team has something special going, not losing a match (12-0-3) in 2013, with seven shutouts. Can Brazil breakup the Women’s National Team’s final match or will Wambach, Morgan, and Rampone go for their 13th straight victory in Orlando?

5. Cowboys vs. Saints

Details: Sunday, November 10 @ 8:30 PM ET - Mercedes-Benz Superdome - New Orleans, LA

Watch Here: NBC with XFINITY

Why Watch: Brees vs. Romo takes over Sunday Night Football as the Cowboys and Saints meet on #SNF. The Saints are a tough home team and will look to keep their perfect home record intact, but the Cowboys might have a secret weapon come Sunday and his name is DeMarcus Ware. While he’s a force on defense, we will be watching for the offensive fireworks they can put up. There are few connections in the NFL better than the pitch and catch of Brees to Graham and Romo to Bryant! Look for plenty of highlight reel plays from these two teams Sunday night!
