Jeremy Evans was apparently saving all his best dunks for the end. After completing a dunk over a painting of himself, Evans one-upped that with a scissor kick in mid-air on his final slam, a la Shawn Kemp. He completed it on the first try once again, looking like he was flying in midair.
Jeremy Evans pays homage to Shawn Kemp with scissor-kick dunk
Jeremy Evans threw down a beautiful one-handed dunk as his final slam, but it wasn’t enough to win the competition.

This should have been another 50 had there been voting.
AESTHETICS
Evans’ strength in this competition is his thin frame. When he jumps, it almost looks like he’s floating in mid-air. No dunk that he completed on this night showed this skill off more than this dunk. He was correct to hold it until the very end.
REACTION
Jeremy Evans should have dunked over a picture of himself painting a picture of himself dunking over a picture of himself dunking

SB NATION’S SCORE
I would have definitely given this one a 50 myself, and frankly, I think it’s the best dunk of the competition. You try doing a scissor kick in midair and see how well you do.
