NBA Rising Stars Challenge 2013 rosters announced; Damian Lillard drafted No. 1

There was a surprise at the top of the 2013 Rising Stars Challenge draft, as Portland Trail Blazers rookie Damian Lillard went No. 1 overall. Kyrie Irving, the consensus No. 1 favorite, went No. 3.
