The No. 7 Maryland Terrapins pulled off a big upset in the ACC tournament quarterfinals, knocking off the No. 2 Duke Blue Devils, 83-74.

The Maryland Terrapins played a complete game against the Duke Blue Devils and managed to pull off the biggest upset so far in the ACC tournament.
The Terrapins started the game with a 12-2 run and did not trail once. The Blue Devils cut the lead to two multiple times, but Maryland answered every Duke run with a run of its own.
Maryland had a strong shooting performance, sinking 50 percent of their shots from the field while making 23 of their 25 free throw attempts.
Dez Wells had a dominant performance for the Terrapins, scoring 30 points while only taking 13 shots from the field. Mason Plumlee led the Blue Devils with 19 points and seven rebounds.
Maryland faces the winner of the North Carolina Tar Heels/Florida St. Seminoles quarterfinal matchup on Saturday at 3 p.m. ET.
