ACC Tournament 2013: Live-blog for semifinal matchups
Let’s get ready to live-blog. Ben Swain is back again to usher your through the semifinals of the ACC Tournament.
On tap today, Miami and North Carolina State battle in the first semifinal. Miami comes into the game as the No. 1 seed and took down Boston College on Friday to make it to the Final Four. North Carolina State took out Virginia Tech on Thursday, then beat Virginia on Friday to earn a semifinal bid.
Later, North Carolina faces Maryland in the second semifinal matchup of the day. Maryland is riding high after beating Duke on Friday in a surprising upset. North Carolina easily handled Florida State, winning by 20, to earn a date with the Terps in the semis.
