The NCAA Tournament begins on Thursday. Dear comrade Paul Flannery has asked fellow NBA nerds to keep their pithy thoughts on the inferiority of the college game to themselves. It appears that Paul did not get to Memphis Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins in time.
Lionel Hollins is the biggest NBA snob ever
How little does Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins like college basketball? I’m glad you asked.

Back in February, Hollins explained to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune that he likes college basketball -- specifically Big Ten basketball -- so little that he doesn’t even watch his son’s games for the Minnesota Gophers.
“I don’t watch him play.” Because? “I don’t like college basketball,” he said. [...]
“It’s hard to watch college basketball ... There’s not a lot of playing,” he said. [...] “In college, especially in the Big Ten ... I watched Wisconsin and Minnesota play down the stretch and I couldn’t take it. They just hold the ball and hold the ball, and try to get a shot with 10 seconds on the clock.
“That’s the whole game -- not just the fourth quarter.”
