Browns running back Trent Richardson is being sued by two women over an assault that reportedly took place at his Cleveland area home in 2012, according to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

The third overall pick in the 2012 Draft is one of four people named in a civil lawsuit accused of verbally and physically assaulting two Ohio women at Richardson’s home in December.

A civil lawsuit filed by two women, Krystal Jones and Kathleen Hunter, alleges that Richardson ordered his brother, Terrell Richardson, and his girlfriend, Sevina Fatu, and two unidentified women, to verbally and physically assault the plaintiffs on Dec. 10.
Richardson also allegedly punched the hood of the plaintiff’s car, causing $1,500 worth of damage.
The suit says Richardson “became enraged” over the accusers’ allegedly slamming a door, and “disrespecting his house.”
The lawsuit alleges Richardson asked the accusers to leave his Columbia Station, Ohio, home where Richardson and his party gathered after attending a nightclub Dec. 9. Allegedly, Richardson stood behind the plaintiff’s car after asking them to leave and ordered Fatu and the two other unidentified women to attack them. Fatu and the two unidentified women proceeded to punch Hunter, who was in the driver’s seat of the car. They moved to Jones after that.
The Browns told the Plain-Dealer they have no comment at this time.
Richardson just finished his rookie season with the Browns. He rushed for 950 yards and 11 touchdowns.
