The NBC Sports Network is filling out the rest of its schedule for the rest of the 2012-13 NHL season, which means a half-dozen extra games during the stretch run.
NBC Sports Network continues to add extra hockey down the stretch
The network will carry an additional six games after adding two last week.

The six added games -- mostly originally broadcast on NBC partner Comcast Sportsnet -- come off the heels of the network televising two San Jose Sharks games last week. The six games will include added doubleheaders, and NHL broadcasts on Friday nights, as well as on a Saturday afternoon and night. NBC Sports Network in its history as NBCSN, VERSUS and OLN, has only broadcast an NHL game on a Saturday once before at the end of last season.
