What kind of disturbed mind does this sort of thing? Three holes in a 1960 Ernie Banks card? I want to launch a full investigation. Understanding that the crime might have been perpetrated 53 years ago and that the perpetrator might already be dead, I still think it our national best interest to find out who committed this unconscionable act.
