NHL playoff schedule: Three teams attempt to advance Friday night
With two teams advancing to the semifinal round of the 2013 Stanley Cup playoffs on Thursday night, three more teams have a chance to punch their ticket on Friday night.

The Pittsburgh Penguins kicked off the night's slate of games with a 4-0 victory over the New York Islanders in Game 5. Pittsburgh received solid goaltending from Tomas Vokoun, which has propelled the team to a 3-2 series lead heading back to New York.
The Ottawa Senators compiled the largest margin of victory for Thursday, as the team eliminated the Montreal Canadiens from the playoffs with a 6-1 win. With the injury-depleted Canadiens backed by goaltender Peter Budaj, the Senators registered four unanswered goals to become the second team to advance to Round 2.
