To great fanfare, the A-League debuted its All-Star game kits on Tuesday at a special presentation at Carriageworks in Sydney. After a Twitter campaign throughout the day had fans guessing the colors of the inaugural kit, Thomas Broich, Brett Emerton and Nikolai Topor-Stanley modeled the blue and yellow strip and gave a press conference.

The major offseason event draws nearer as the A-League showed off its new kits at a press conference and photo shoot in Sydney.

Emerton, who will be a replacement player due to the forced absences of several selected All-Stars, was the surprise member of the group, while Broich and Topor-Stanley were voted into the starting XI by fans. The kit unveiling was also the formal introduction of the three players as officially part of the All-Star team. Further player announcements will follow as coach Ange Postecoglou selects from the fan voting and those not currently overseas or on national team duty.
Manchester United are expected to wear their iconic red kits so the A-League had to choose a color that would appropriately clash. The mostly blue number with yellow sleeve bands, consistent with a standard Nike template, feature a Hyundai sponsorship across the chest and the All-Star game logo in place of a traditional crest.
The game will be played July 20 at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.
