NASCAR Kentucky 2013 qualifying: Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch hope for continued success

The Quaker State 400 is up next for the Sprint Cup Series with former winners Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch both hoping for wins.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Kentucky Speedway this week for the Quaker State 400. It will be just the third time the track has hosted a Sprint Cup event. The SPEED Network will have qualifying coverage when it begins Friday at approximately 5:10 p.m. ET.

Brad Keselowski won this race last season and could certainly use another boost this year. Keselowski has finished in the top 10 eight times in 2013, but has yet to reach victory lane and is currently ninth in the points standings. Kyle Busch won at Kentucky in 2011 and is just one spot ahead of Keselowski, though the latter has multiple wins this year.

Each driver will run two laps Friday to determine the order of the first 36 starting positions. The Quaker State 400 is scheduled to begin on Saturday around 7:30 p.m.
