NBC announces first three weeks of EPL games

13 matches to be carried on NBC’s “Extra Time” service.

Victor Fraile

NBC had released most of its schedule for the early part of the Premier League season last week. Still, some determinations had to be made. The league runs a slate of 4-5 games in a 10 a.m. ET (in America) time slot every Saturday, so some of those games will have to be carried on the league’s Extra Time service (check your cable or satellite provider).

NBCSN will air Arsenal-Aston Villa as its first 10 a.m. ET game of the season on Aug. 17. That will be a part of a tripleheader between NBCSN and NBC. NBCSN has Liverpool-Stoke City at 7:45 a.m. ET, while NBC takes Swansea-Manchester United at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Newcastle-West Ham will air at 10 a.m. ET on Aug. 24, and Newcastle-Fulham will take the slot on Aug. 31. The other decision NBCSN had to make was in the 11 a.m. ET slot on Aug. 25. They’ll air Tottenham-Swansea on NBCSN, while Extra Time will take Cardiff-Manchester City.
