Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Alvarez are set to face off Saturday night on Showtime pay-per-view. The only thing stands in the way of making the bout official at this point is the fighters hitting the scales for the official weigh-ins.
The match is a junior middleweight bout, but the fighters agreed to a 152-pound limit instead of the typical 154-pound limit in the division.
Mayweather and Alvarez, as well as the fighters on the undercard, will step onto the scales Friday night and we’ll have live streaming video as it goes down.
The weigh-ins will start at 6 p.m. ET and will be shown live on Showtime as well as ESPN in addition to the web stream.
