NFL inactives, Panthers vs. Bills 2013: Safety Jairus Byrd out vs Carolina
The Bills will once again be without star safety Jairus Byrd and cornerback Stephon Gilmore against the Panthers.

Carolina appeared to have been in danger of missing some key players for this matchup, yet DT Dwan Edwards, TE Ben Harstock and LB Jon Beason all ended up listed as probable for this game after having missed practice time during the week.
The Bills, however, will be without star safety Jarius Byrd as he continues to recover from a bout of plantar fasciitis. Byrd participated in practice this past week but will miss his second consecutive game to start the season.
