He pulled his hammy in the second half of Sunday night’s game in Seattle. It was a blowout and there was no need for him to return. Now his injury is a concern for fantasy owners.
The elite tight end exploded against the Packers in Week 1 with two scores, but was shut down by the tough Seahawks D last week.
Fantasy impact: Davis owners are in a tight spot. They 49ers play the late game, so it would be wise to get a backup plan. There has been nothing conclusive, so without Davis, there could me a lot of balls to go around. Anquan Boldin will be double-teamed throughout the game, so Kyle Williams and Vance McDonald could get some more looks.
