Brazil vs. Japan: Preview and TV schedule

While all of their neighbors are playing competitive matches in an attempt to qualifying for the World Cup, Brazil and Japan will be playing an early neutral site friendly, as a bit of an undercard before the day's meaningful events. Brazil are, of course, automatically qualified for the World Cup that they're hosting. Thanks to their superiority and the chaos below them in AFC's Group B, Japan are all but qualified for the World Cup and might end up as the first team to clinch a berth later this spring.

Both teams are fresh off impressive wins on Friday. Brazil laid a beating on Iraq, while Japan snatched a 1-0 win against France. Japan should field an unchanged team, while Brazil will be forced into at least one switch. Marcelo broke his ankle, and will miss the next three months for Real Madrid. Expect Roma's Leandro Castan to make his Brazil debut at left back.
