The Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans enter Sunday on a combined nine-game losing streak, with the only win for either team this season being Tennessee's season-opening victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. Since that game, the teams have sunk to the bottom of their division, and both have changed quarterbacks in that time.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 6: Jaguars vs. Titans
Two teams shaping up for disaster seasons look to end losing streaks against one another Sunday.

The injury report is full of fantasy-relevant names -- or, as full as a game between these two bad teams can be. For Jacksonville, several wide receivers are injury questions. Cecil Shorts III's hamstring improved over the week, to the point where he might be active Sunday, even if he's hard to trust. Marqise Lee is a surprise as well, looking like he'll be active along with the team's other receivers. On the Tennessee side, quarterback Jake Locker has been sidelined with a thumb injury, and it looks very unlikely he'll play. And running back Shonn Greene, whose usage has already been falling, looks unlikely to suit up with a hamstring injury.
The two teams face off Sunday at 1 p.m. ET in Nashville. Neither promises to offer much in terms of fantasy names worth watching, but here’s a check at what value there is:
JAGUARS

Sit 'em: After a couple of decent games in his first two career appearances, Blake Bortles had an awful four-point performance in Week 5. Even without that, though, he's not someone you want to rely on. ... As awful as Toby Gerhart has been, Jordan Todman and Denard Robinson haven't offered anything more -- and neither has Storm Johnson outside of one 20-yard carry in Week 5. They're all stay-aways. ... I like Marqise Lee and Cecil Shorts III as full-season, if-they're-healthy values, but on one week, off injury, you can't use them, and the likelihood of their returns saps whatever value Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson had left. ... Clay Harbor had a decent first game as the team's tight end, but then did nothing in the second. There's a reason he was the backup for a team like Jacksonville. ... Josh Scobee put up nice numbers a week ago, but it was his first game of more than six fantasy points. Find a better kicker. ... The Jaguars' defense has a total of one fantasy point on the season.

TITANS
Start 'em: With Jimmy Graham and Travis Kelce on a bye, and several other tight ends banged up and/or disappointing, Delanie Walker is a top-four play at the position this week. ... There's no better site for a defense than Jacksonville on the other side; the Titans' defense becomes a must-play despite consecutive negative-scoring games.
Start 'em?: Against an awful Jacksonville team, and with Shonn Greene likely out, this might be the time for Bishop Sankey to pop. Do you feel lucky? ... That big Week 5 game was good for Kendall Wright believers, but he really needs to put together an extended run to be useful. ... Since his big Week 1, Ryan Succop has 13 fantasy points in four games, but in what should be a cushy matchup, kickers can get points.
Sit 'em: Even if he plays, there are enough questions surrounding Jake Locker that he's a definite stay-away, and neither Charlie Whitehurst (the likely replacement) nor Zach Mettenberger (higher upside on a career level) is anything worth considering, either. ... Even if Shonn Greene is active, you can't use him or Dexter McCluster. ... Justin Hunter's "big" Week 5 was really just one play. He hasn't shown he can do this on anything resembling a consistent basis. ... Nate Washington's day in the sun has passed.
