The New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills are tied atop the AFC East after five weeks, both at 3-2. The Patriots have the slightly better point differential, but that, at +16, isn't exactly a show of dominance. Sunday's game between the two teams could go a long way to showing if the division will continue to be Patriot-dominated or whether the Bills can rise this year.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 6: Patriots vs. Bills
The two teams are tied for first in their division through five weeks, which doesn’t often happen in the AFC East.

Neither team comes into Sunday's game with real injuries of note. Bills running back Fred Jackson has been slowed down by an ankle injury, but he's expected to be a full participant in Sunday's game. The Patriots, meanwhile, are clean of fantasy-relevant injuries.
The game will be played in Buffalo at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. Take a look at the fantasy names of note:
PATRIOTS
Start 'em: With touchdowns in four of five games, Rob Gronkowski is a machine. He's a must-start. ... Stephen Gostkowski is a stout kicker, worth starting every week. ... The Patriots' defense is a must-start unit, with some good games under its belt.
Start 'em?: We're just a week removed from everyone bailing all the way out on the Tom Brady bus. If you made other plans a week ago, you probably have a better option this week as well, but he looked good in Week 5, and could be rising again. ... Shane Vereen's value has been really up-and-down this year, but he slates as the top running back on New England's team. ... After two quiet weeks in a row, some are down on Julian Edelman's value, but I still think he's a reasonable flex play. ... If you believe in what Tim Wright did a week ago, he could be skyrocketing up the tight-end rankings. But I want to see him do it one more time.
Sit 'em: After a great Week 5, Stevan Ridley is at least interesting, but for now I'm steering clear until he can prove more consistency. ... The Patriots' receivers after Edelman -- namely Danny Amendola, Aaron Dobson and Brandon LaFell -- are far too disappointing to use in fantasy.
Start in every league: Rob Gronkowski, Stephen Gostkowski, Defense/special teams
Start if you’re desperate: Tom Brady, Shane Vereen, Julian Edelman, Tim Wright
Bench: Stevan Ridley, Danny Amendola, Aaron Dobson, Brandon LaFell
BILLS
Start 'em: Sure, he's not 100%, but Fred Jackson has proven to be the Bills' best running-back option. He's someone you're using every week when he's on the field. ... Dan Carpenter has kicked for double-digit fantasy points three times in five games. ... The Patriots' offense has struggled all season except for Week 5, and the Bills' defense has been a strong unit as well. Shapes up well.
Start 'em?: It's been a really disappointing season for C.J. Spiller, who shouldn't be in your lineups unless (a) you're desperate, or (b) Jackson is a surprise scratch. ... The new quarterback situation helps Sammy Watkins' status, moving him up to decent flex status.
Sit 'em: It was a nice return to starting for Kyle Orton, but he has a lot more work to do before he's useful in fantasy. ... I think Orton's presence helps Scott Chandler a bit, but he's still far below fantasy usefulness.
Start in every league: Fred Jackson, Dan Carpenter, Defense/special teams
Start if you’re desperate: C.J. Spiller, Sammy Watkins
Bench: Kyle Orton, Scott Chandler
