The Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks enter their matchup Sunday as two of the league's best teams. For the 3-1 Seahawks, that is exactly what everyone expected, while the 4-1 Cowboys are much more of a surprise. Sunday's game will give Dallas a chance to prove the team is for real.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 6: Cowboys vs. Seahawks
These two teams come into Sunday with one loss each. Who’s getting their second?

The teams enter Sunday basically healthy. Wide receiver Dez Bryant and quarterback Tony Romo for the Cowboys and running back Marshawn Lynch for the Seahawks were all on this week's injury reports, but none of the three is expected to be hindered at all in Sunday's game.
The Cowboys would much rather Sunday’s game be played in Dallas, but the Seahawks will play host at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday. Here’s a look at the fantasy names worth considering:
COWBOYS
Start 'em: Even against the Seattle defense, how can you go against DeMarco Murray? Answer: You can't. ... The same goes for Dez Bryant, who needs to be in all lineups. ... I think the Cowboys will score enough to keep Dan Bailey and his big leg in fantasy lineups.
Start 'em?: After an awful Week 1, Tony Romo has been looking better and better; in most matchups this week, he'd be a must-start. ... Sure, he hasn't done much this year, but with tight ends as a whole struggling, Jason Witten is still a justifiable start, even if I have him ranked 11th at the position this week.
Sit 'em: The matchup really kills Terrance Williams' value this week; he's too touchdown-dependent in a game where the Cowboys might struggle for touchdowns. ... The Cowboys' defense has been better than expected, but that's not a candidate to start this week.
Start in every league: DeMarco Murray, Dez Bryant, Dan Bailey
Start if you're desperate: Tony Romo, Jason Witten
Bench: Terrance Williams, Defense/special teams
SEAHAWKS
Start 'em: Quarterbacks averaging more fantasy points per game than Russell Wilson: Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning. That's the list. ... Marshawn Lynch is my No. 1 running back for Week 6. ... Steven Hauschka is an every-week must-start, even moreso in a home game. ... The Seahawks' defense has had a brutal schedule to start the season. Better days are definitely ahead.
Start 'em?: Even with all his touchdowns called back a week ago, Percy Harvin seems like a sell-high candidate, as many will see a player who will get those scores eventually. He's a decent flex play, though.
Sit 'em: For a relatively good offense like Seattle's, there aren't a lot of upper-tier offensive weapons -- Doug Baldwin, Ricardo Lockette and tight end Luke Willson are fantasy stay-aways.
Start in every league: Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, Steven Hauschka, Defense/special teams
Start if you’re desperate: Percy Harvin
Bench: Doug Baldwin, Ricardo Lockette, Luke Willson
