The Tennessee Titans have two wins. Washington has one. Of the teams' three combined wins, two have come over the Jacksonville Jaguars. What I'm saying is, the two teams facing each other Sunday are bad.
Fantasy football advice, Week 7: Who to start/sit for Titans vs. Washington
These two teams come into Sunday’s game with a couple of really poor resumes so far this season.

Making matters worse, injuries have hit both teams as well. The Titans will be without running back Shonn Greene as he deals with a hamstring injury, and it looks like quarterback Jake Locker will likely miss the game as well with a thumb injury. Meanwhile, Washington will still be without starting quarterback Robert Griffin III as he deals with an ankle injury, though it looks like the quarterback could make it back in Week 8.
The game will be played in Landover, Md. at 1 p.m. ET Sunday, and there will be a few fantasy names worth keeping an eye on:
TITANS
Start 'em: The problem with a lot of tight ends is that they occasional have no-show games (like Larry Donnell recently), but Delanie Walker hasn't scored fewer than four points in a game all season. He's still a TE1.
Start ‘em?: The Titans’ defense has been very up-and-down so far, but against that turnover-prone Washington offense, there’s definite potential for an “up.”
Sit 'em: So we don't know for sure if Jake Locker or Charlie Whitehurst will definitely be Tennessee's quarterback Sunday. It's irrelevant, though; you aren't using either one. ... At some point this season, it's still likely that Bishop Sankey will have a big game at some point this year. No idea when it'll happen, and it's bad times for those holding out hope. ... It's possible that Justin Hunter has surpassed Kendall Wright in Titans' fantasy acclaim, but that's more because of Wright's inconsistency than anything else, and neither one needs to be in your lineup. ... Sunday was Ryan Succop's first double-digit kicking day since Week 1; he also has a negative game on his resume.
WASHINGTON
Start 'em: I noted recently that Alfred Morris gets exactly what defenses give him, putting up points commensurate with opponents' defensive rankings; Tennessee gives up a lot of points to running backs. ... We wondered for a while whether DeSean Jackson would be the No. 1 or 2 in Washington, but his usage lately really proves he's the top guy. ... Now that he appears to be healthy again, Jordan Reed is a back-end starting tight end, but it's hard to expect he'll be healthy long term.
Start 'em?: It appears that Pierre Garcon is firmly behind Jackson in the pecking order; he's an okay flex play, but not much more. ... Kai Forbath has had three decent games this season and two awful ones. He's a mid-range kicker.
Sit 'em: Sure, the offense's ability to score means Kirk Cousins always has potential to score, but his propensity for interceptions means he'll always be a stay-away for me. ... Take out their game against the Jaguars, and the Washington defense has negative-1 combined point this season.
SUMMARY
Start in every league: Delanie Walker, Alfred Morris, DeSean Jackson, Jordan Reed
Start if you're desperate: Titans' defense, Pierre Garcon, Kai Forbath
Bench: Jake Locker, Charlie Whitehurst, Bishop Sankey, Justin Hunter, Kendall Wright, Ryan Succop, Kirk Cousins, Washington defense
