Should the Cowboys have lost on a safety for holding?
It looks like the referees may have missed a crucial holding penalty on the Cowboys late in the game. Dallas left tackle Tyron Smith appears to get away with a hold on Washington defender Trent Murphy.
If the penalty had been called, it would have been a safety. Washington would have gone up 19-17 with only 53 seconds left. Instead, Tony Romo completed an 18-yard pass to Terrance Williams for a Dallas first down.
