Peyton Manning isn't around for the matchup anymore, but the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts still seem to face off every year, one way or another. And with both teams in first place in their respective divisions and looking likely to reach the playoffs yet again, this might not be the only time the two face each other this season.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 11: Patriots vs. Colts
Another year, another Indianapolis/New England game full of fantasy potential.

The two teams come into Week 11 basically healthy from a fantasy perspective. The only relevant players on the injury report are Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne, who is there with the "not injury related" tag, and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who is on the report so often that his inclusion seems meaningless. Neither is at risk of missing Sunday.
The Colts will host Sunday’s game at 8:30 p.m. ET. Both teams have a lot of fantasy-relevant players; let’s look at who you’ll use:
PATRIOTS
Start 'em: This might be the best five-game stretch of Tom Brady's career. He's back among the elite quarterbacks. ... Julian Edelman and Brandon LaFell are a strong one-two punch of receivers. If you're using one, it's Edelman, but both have perfectly fine justification. ... Rob Gronkowski is so dang good, y'all. ... Stephen Gostkowski is the Rob Gronkowski of kickers.
Start 'em?: Overall, Shane Vereen is the New England running back you want, but that team always carries enough question marks that you can never feel great about it. Still, he's my RB15 this week.
Sit 'em: You're using Vereen; after him, Jonas Gray is probably the next best bet, but Brandon Bolden and/or James White still might be heard from this year. You don't want yo use any of them. ... The Patriots' defense is a good unit, though that Colts' offense makes New England tough to use.
COLTS
Start 'em: The worst game for Andrew Luck all season was 18 fantasy points. He's among the most elite. ... Ahmad Bradshaw remains a top-flight running back, even if he isn't getting a full complement of carries. ... T.Y. Hilton has made himself a surefire No. 1 wide receiver. ... Dwayne Allen has been really good this year, only putting up fewer than eight fantasy points twice all year. ... Adam Vinatieri has been ridiculously good this year, especially considering his status as the oldest player in the league.
Start 'em?: Bradshaw is the Colts running back you want, but Trent Richardson is a fine flex play in his own right.... Reggie Wayne is tough to use as a flex play, considering so many other mouths to feed in Indianapolis, but you could do way worse.
Bench: If you're stuck using Coby Fleener, things have gone really wrong. He has upside, but he has zero-point downside to go along with it. ... The Colts' defense had a strong stretch in the middle of the year, but has struggled lately, and now has to play a strong offense. Avoid them for now.
