The third and final London game of the NFL season will feature the Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday. The Cowbos are 6-3, but with a two-game losing streak, they need a win to stay on the good side of things. The Jaguars, meanwhile, are 1-8, and are once again just playing out the string on a bad season.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Cowboys vs. Jaguars
The season’s London series wraps up Sunday with a game of Dallas vs. Jacksonville.

The primary injury concern from a fantasy perspective for the Cowboys is Tony Romo. The quarterback is dealing with a back injury, but he's probable to play in the game, even if it's at less than 100 percent. The Jaguars' quarterback, Blake Bortles, is also on the injury report with a wrist injury, but he's not expected to be hindered in Sunday's game. Two of the team's receivers, Marqise Lee and Cecil Shorts III, are also listed on the injury report, but expected to be active.
The Jaguars are the nominal host of Sunday’s game, but it is of course a neutral-site matchup, at 1 p.m. ET. Let’s look at the fantasy names to consider:
COWBOYS
Start 'em: The team's issues at quarterback should lead to a big game for DeMarco Murray -- not that he's needed the help this season. ... Dez Bryant hasn't been his elite self this season, but he's still a WR1 going forward. ... Jason Witten's production has increased lately. It's not elite, but with so many players on bye, he's still an obvious TE1. ... Nine games into the season, and Dan Bailey hasn't gone for fewer than five fantasy points in any of them. He's averaged almost 10 a game. He's a top-flight kicker. ... You always want a defense going against the Jaguars; that's the Cowboys' defense.
Start 'em?: The production for Terrance Williams has fallen off a bit of late, and he might not get as many looks as normal if Romo is below full strength. He's a low-end flex.
Sit 'em: If I'm a Tony Romo owner, I'm finding someone else to play this week -- if the Cowboys had a better option than Brandon Weeden as its backup, Romo likely wouldn't be active.
JAGUARS
Start 'em: It took the team three tries to find a running back, but Denard Robinson has managed to overcome the team's woes on the offensive line. He's a strong RB2 for now.
Start 'em?: After a string of decent performances, Allen Robinson ceded touches to Allen Hurns in Week 9; if you are choosing between the two, you want Robinson, but both have had big games this season. ... The Jaguars' defense has improved of late, and if Romo isn't at his best for Dallas, Jacksonville could capitalize.
Sit 'em: So far, Blake Bortles' upside appears to be mid-teens production, but he's also had some awful games. The turnovers are just too much. ... Even assuming they play, Cecil Shorts III and Marqise Lee just aren't as relevant as their wide-receiver cohorts. ... Clay Harbor had that one big game in Week 6; since then, he hasn't done anything helpful for fantasy. ... Josh Scobee's good run of kicking production has been only six points a game. He just doesn't get the chances.
