The Baltimore Ravens are in last place in the AFC North. The Tennessee Titans are a spot better, in third in the AFC South. Of course, that ignores that the Ravens are 5-4 in a division in which everyone has a winning record, while the Titans are 2-6 in a division where three of the four teams can't get out of their own way. The two teams play one another Sunday, with the Ravens trying to get out of last place and the Titans trying to stay out of it.
Fantasy football advice, Week 10: Who to start/sit for Titans vs. Ravens
The AFC North is just so much better than the AFC South. Not even close.

The Titans are basically healthy from a fantasy perspective entering Sunday's game. The Ravens also appear healthy, with tight end Owen Daniels the only player on the report, and he's expected to be a full participant Sunday.
The Ravens will host Sunday’s game at 1 p.m. ET. Here’s a look at the fantasy considerations:
TITANS
Start 'em: He has not been as productive as he was early in the season, but Delanie Walker is still a low-end starter at tight end.
Sit 'em: It was a reasonable debut for Zach Mettenberger in Week 9, with 15 total fantasy points, but we'll need a lot more to trust a rookie sixth-rounder as a fantasy starter. ... Bishop Sankey hasn't done much of anything this season, and now gets the hardest defense for a running back to put up fantasy numbers on. ... Neither Kendall Wright nor Justin Hunter has offered anything like consistent fantasy production; they're startable only in the most desperate situations. ... Ryan Succop has put up five or fewer fantasy points six times in eight games. ... The Titans' defense offers little upside.
RAVENS
Start 'em: Nine games this season, and Justin Forsett has at least six fantasy points in all of them, with at least nine in six straight. He's a must-start. ... Owen Daniels made a quick return from a knee scope, and performed well in Week 9. He's a low-end starter. ... Justin Tucker has put up numbers in almost every week this season. He's one of the league's top kickers.
Start 'em?: Early in the season, Steve Smith was the Ravens' receiver to use. Lately, it's been Torrey Smith. Neither is a sure thing, but both are flex plays. ... The Ravens' defense has put up at least five fantasy points in six straight. It doesn't have a lot of upside, but rarely disappoints.
Sit 'em: Since his 32-point game in Week 6, Joe Flacco has averaged 12 fantasy points a game. There's just not enough consistent production there. ... Lorenzo Taliaferro is firmly the team's No. 2 running back now, ahead of Bernard Pierce, but neither is worth running out there.
