The Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers come into Sunday on a combined nine-game losing streak. The Falcons have dropped five straight since starting 2-1, while the Buccaneers have lost their last four. One of the losing streaks will come to an end in the teams' game against one another Sunday. The Falcons' last win was over the Buccaneers in Week 3, last time the two played.
Falcons vs. Buccaneers start/sit advice: Matt Ryan leads into Tampa Bay, with Josh McCown back at the helm
Two of the league’s worst teams face off Sunday.

The Falcons are largely healthy from a fantasy perspective. Wide receiver Harry Douglas and running back Antone Smith -- both only on the fringes of fantasy conversation as is -- both come into Sunday officially listed on the report. Douglas is expected to be fine, while Smith is more of a question mark. The Buccaneers, meanwhile, will be without running back Doug Martin, while rookie Charles Sims is questionable but expected to play. The team also has wide receiver Vincent Jackson and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins on the injury report, but both are expected to play.
The Buccaneers will host Sunday’s game at 1 p.m. ET. Time for a look at the fantasy names to consider:
FALCONS
Start 'em: Since Atlanta's Week 3 beatdown of Tampa Bay, Julio Jones has averaged fewer than seven fantasy points a game. So he might not be at the top of the WR rankings these days, but he's still a reasonable play.
Start 'em?: Last time these two teams played, Matt Ryan put up really big numbers. He hasn't repeated that since, and now has to face Tampa Bay on the road. He's still got a fine shot at numbers, but slots in as a high-end QB2. ... Steven Jackson has had some real highs and lows this season. You like him against Tampa Bay, but he's not a sure thing. ... Roddy White is still a reasonable flex play, even with his occasionally underwhelming production. ... If Atlanta can marginally repeat its Week 3 production, Matt Bryant ought to have plenty of chances to kick.
Sit 'em: Nope, nothing to see out of Levine Toilolo. ... Even with the struggles of the Tampa Bay offense, it's hard to use the Falcons' defense.
BUCCANEERS
Start 'em: The Atlanta run defense is awful, and Bobby Rainey appears to have the job to himself for now, so he's a must-start.
Start 'em?: Assuming they're both on the field Sunday, Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson both look like mid-range flex plays. If Jackson were out, Evans would rise a bit.
Sit 'em: The team is going back to Josh McCown at quarterback, which doesn't really make sense. But you wouldn't be starting Mike Glennon either. ... Charles Sims appears to have a bright future, but for now, he needs to stay on fantasy benches. ... After his first decent game of the season in Week 8, Austin Seferian-Jenkins slipped right back to fantasy anonymity last week. ... Patrick Murray doesn't get enough chances to kick to be in fantasy lineups. ... The Buccaneers' defense doesn't inspire much confidence for fantasy at all.
