At the start of the season, most prognosticators probably figured the St. Louis Rams for last place in the NFC West. No one, though, would have guessed the Arizona Cardinals would sit in first after eight games. But the 7-1 Cardinals are out in front of the rest of the division, and are the only one-loss team left in the league. Arizona looks to continue its great season Sunday against those last-place Rams.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Rams vs. Cardinals
In a surprise, the Cardinals come into Week 10 with the best record in the NFL. Can they keep it going?

The Rams' fantasy players all appear healthy entering Sunday's game. The Cardinals are basically in the same shape -- running back Andre Ellington is on the team's injury report again, but he's not really a concern for the game.
The Cardinals will host Sunday’s game at 4:25 p.m. ET. The host team will also have most of the fantasy intrigue. Let’s look at it:
RAMS
Start 'em?: It certainly looks like the Rams are going to rely on Tre Mason at running back, so he looks like a reasonable flex play. ... If you're super desperate, Kenny Britt is basically the only real pass-catching weapon the Rams have. He could perform.
Sit 'em: Hey, remember when Austin Davis was a surprisingly strong quarterback to start the season and we were excited about him? Well, he's averaged 9.3 fantasy points the last four games, and 6.0 in the last two. He's right at the bottom of the quarterback rankings. ... Benny Cunningham and Zac Stacy are off the fantasy radar unless/until St. Louis starts using them more again. ... Even with all the byes, Jared Cook's fantasy status is basically gone; he has four fantasy points total the last three games. ... The team's ineptitude on offense means you can't use Greg Zuerlein with any confidence. ... The Rams' defense had a good game in Week 9, but had done very little before that.
CARDINALS
Start 'em: The games he missed keep Carson Palmer's overall fantasy point total limited, but he's put up 18.8 points a game when he's played. He's a must-start. ... Andre Ellington has been a super-elite running back this season. He's an easy RB1. ... The struggles of the St. Louis offense mean the Cardinals' defense ought to be a strong starting option.
Start 'em?: There's little predictability in the Arizona passing game. Right now, Larry Fitzgerald looks like the player to use, and he looks like a strong flex play at least, but John Brown and Michael Floyd are both hanging around with some relevance as well. ... After a great start to the season, Chandler Catanzaro has really tailed off of late. He's no longer a must-start kicker.
Sit 'em: Before his seven-point game last week, John Carlson had averaged only two fantasy points a game all season.
