Frank Gore ruled out with concussion vs. Seahawks
Frank Gore was forced out of Sunday’s game against the Seahawks with a concussion suffered in the first half.

Gore left the game after carrying a heavy load. He had 11 carries and a touchdown, though he managed just 29 yards on the ground. The 49ers took a 7-3 lead into halftime.
With Gore out, the 49ers will rely on Carlos Hyde in the running game. Hyde is off to a good start Sunday, with 45 yards on just three carries.
Gore struggled with injuries early in his career, but has become a workhorse for the 49ers in recent years. At 31 years old, he will likely fall shy of 1,000 yards rushing this season for the first time since 2010.
