Senators score when referee takes out Ducks defenseman
The linesman threw the best hit of the night.

When the Ottawa Senators began their break into the offensive zone, it first appeared like the Anaheim Ducks had everything under control. The two forwards in the middle of the ice were covered, and defenseman Cam Fowler had Senators winger Bobby Ryan within his reach along the boards.
And then the linesman clotheslined him.
Fowler certainly wasn’t happy about the hit, but you have to admit it was one heck of a hit. I would not want to play beer league hockey with that linesman.
