The Indianapolis Colts clinched the AFC South with their Week 15 win. The Dallas Cowboys took over first place in the NFC East a week ago, but they don't have anything locked down yet. The two take on each other Sunday, with the Cowboys still needing every win possible to keep their season going.

The Colts might be without wide receiver T.Y. Hilton Sunday. He's dealing with a hamstring injury, and with the team having clinched the division and with precious little chance of securing a first-round bye, Indianapolis has little reason to rush the wide receiver back. He's officially questionable, but it wouldn't be surprising if he sits. As for the Cowboys, running back DeMarco Murray has been dealing with a hand injury all week. After some early-in-the-week panic, things settled down, and it definitely looks like he'll be active for the game.
The Cowboys will host Sunday’s game, scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET. Let’s take a look at the fantasy considerations:
COLTS
Start 'em: After never putting up fewer than 18 fantasy points in a game through Week 11, Andrew Luck now has two 14-point games in his last four. Still, it's Andrew Luck -- you're using him. ... Dwayne Allen got back to the good side last week. He's a low-end starting tight end. ... Adam Vinatieri still hasn't missed a kick all season. That's crazy good.
Start 'em?: There's little doubt at this point that Dan Herron is the better of the two options among the Indianapolis running backs. He's averaged eight points a game in his last four, making him a flex play, though he doesn't appear to have extreme upside. ... With T.Y. Hilton unlikely to play, Donte Moncrief and Hakeem Nicks are the likely beneficiaries. Moncrief looks like a low-end WR2, while Nicks is more of a super-deep flex option. ... Allen's return has put Coby Fleener back to TE2 status. ... The Colts' defense has really improved of late, though against a good Dallas offense, it's tough to rely on.
Sit 'em: There is no reason at all to have Trent Richardson on your fantasy roster. ... It's tough to see the way Reggie Wayne has tailed off this season, but he's not any kind of fantasy option.
COWBOYS
Start 'em: That's four 20-point fantasy games in the last five for Tony Romo. He's a definite must-start. ... It's still possible DeMarco Murray will be a surprise inactive Sunday, but as of now it seems like he'll play, and if he plays, you play him. ... Even with the likelihood of him drawing Vontae Davis, you're definitely using Dez Bryant. ... Jason Witten hasn't been great this year, but so few tight ends have been that he's still a starter. ... Dan Bailey is at the back end of starting kickers.
Sit 'em: Now that Murray seems likely to play, Joseph Randle and Lance Dunbar are just backups. ... You most certainly aren't using the Cowboys' defense.
