Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 16: Seahawks vs. Cardinals

After a crazy-hot start to the season, the Arizona Cardinals have suffered some injuries and losses that have hurt their stock. Still, they're 11-3, on a two-game winning streak, have locked up an NFC playoff spot, and have a good shot at home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. Of course, if they lose to the 10-4 Seattle Seahawks Sunday, they'll instead be looking at a wild-card berth.

The Seahawks might be without wide receiver Paul Richardson, who pulled up lame late in the week. Running back Marshawn Lynch also appeared on the week's injury report with a back issue, but all reports are that he'll be fine for the game. For the Cardinals, quarterback Drew Stanton might be active Sunday despite his knee injury, though Ryan Lindley will get the start. Running back Kerwynn Williams and wide receivers Larry Fitzgerald and Jaron Brown were all on the injury report as well, but all three are likely to play.

Start 'em: You'd like more consistency out of Russell Wilson, but he's a low-end QB1. ... You're certainly still using Lynch in all fantasy leagues, even in what should be a tough matchup. He's earned his spot. ... Week 15 was Steven Hauschka's worst game since Week 2, but he's still a must-start. Hey, remember being worried about the Seahawks' defense? That was silly, but fun.

Sit 'em: There's just no way to trust Doug Baldwin, whose production has gone up and down for several weeks in a row. ... Luke Willson hasn't earned any fantasy trust.

Start 'em?: If things are super desperate, I suppose you could justify using Williams, who has at least looked decent in the running-back role, but it would have to be a really deep situation. ... Chandler Catanzaro has bumped his production back up the last couple weeks, though he's still not a sure thing.

Sit 'em: With Lindley taking the reins at quarterback, it's hard to imagine using any of Arizona's offensive players. ... Stepfan Taylor has fallen behind Williams in the depth chart. ... With Lindley on the job, I wouldn't touch any of the Arizona pass-catchers -- Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Floyd, John Brown, Jaron Brown, John Carlson.
