Absent a tie in Sunday night's Pittsburgh-Cincinnati game, the Indianapolis Colts are locked into the AFC's No. 4 seed in the playoffs no matter what happens against the Tennessee Titans in Week 17. The Titans, meanwhile, need a loss Sunday and a win by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to lock down the No. 1 pick in next year's NFL Draft.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 17: Colts vs. Titans
With the Colts basically locked into their playoff seed and the Titans probably preferring a loss, Sunday’s game doesn’t have high stakes.

Indianapolis will be without tight end Dwayne Allen on Sunday, and wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is questionable as well as he continues to deal with hamstring issues. With the team extraordinarily unlikely to change in playoff seeding, any injuries will likely be treated cautiously by Indianapolis. For the Titans, the only fantasy-relevant concern is that rookie quarterback Zach Mettenberger officially won't play Sunday.
The Titans will host Sunday’s game, scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. Let’s look at the fantasy considerations:
COLTS
Start 'em: If you have Andrew Luck, you're almost certainly still using him -- the Colts are going to want to get back on the right track after their Week 16 debacle. Still, since Ahmad Bradshaw went down, Luck's numbers have fallen off in a big way. ... Dwayne Allen is out Sunday, which makes Coby Fleener a very interesting fantasy option. He's a starter. ... The Colts' defense has been decent lately and has a nice matchup Sunday.
Start 'em?: With T.Y. Hilton banged up, it seems likely the team won't press him. You have to feel lucky to use him. ... With Hilton questionable, the Colts could turn to Hakeem Nicks and/or Donte Moncrief, though both would be digging really deep. ... After a great season, Adam Vinatieri is on a four-game stretch of single-digit fantasy games. You're probably still using him -- he still hasn't missed a kick all season -- but the offense's struggles hurt his prospects.
Sit 'em: You definitely aren't using Trent Richardson, and as much as he's struggled, you probably aren't using Dan Herron either. ... Reggie Wayne's season has fallen apart.
TITANS
Start 'em: You'd like more consistency from Delanie Walker, but he still looks like a No. 1 tight end this week.
Sit 'em: You probably expected more of a disaster from Charlie Whitehurst as the Titans' starting quarterback, but he's been in the range of competent. Still, he's not a fantasy option. ... Shonn Greene and Bishop Sankey have been terrible all season. ... Kendall Wright and Nate Washington might be fantasy options if they had a better offense around them, but they don't. ... Ryan Succop had his best game of the season in Week 1. Since, he's struggled. ... The Titans' defense is just bad.
