Every team in the AFC North has a winning record through 13 weeks. The Cincinnati Bengals sit at the top of the heap with an 8-3-1 record. The division's other three teams -- the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns -- are all 7-5. Sunday, the Steelers will look to pull the Bengals back toward the pack as the teams face off.
Fantasy football advice, Week 14: Who to start/sit for Steelers vs. Bengals
Pittsburgh will be looking to stop Cincinnati’s charge to the playoffs Sunday.

Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been dealing with a hand/wrist injury suffered during last week's game, but all indications are that he'll be fine for Sunday. As for the Bengals, wide receiver A.J. Green was at less than full strength in practice this week as he dealt with a thigh injury, but there is no reason to expect him to miss Sunday.
The Bengals play host Sunday, with the game scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. Let’s look at the fantasy considerations:
STEELERS
Start 'em: Right after Le'Veon Bell put up his worst game of the season in Week 10, with six fantasy points, he's come back with his two best fantasy performances with a combined 57 fantasy points. He's top-top tier. ... Antonio Brown, too, had his worst game in Week 10, and has been dominant again since. ... Shaun Suisham might not be an elite kicker, but he's definitely inside the top-10.
Start 'em?: Across 12 games this season, Ben Roethlisberger is averaging 18.6 fantasy points a game. Take out his insanely productive Weeks 8 and 9, and that average is 14.4. He's a fine quarterback, but he's not that six-touchdown guy. High-end QB2. ... Heath Miller has been surprisingly productive the last couple games, with 15 fantasy points in that time. He's low-upside, but if he's getting targets he could help.
Sit 'em: Remember when everyone said Martavis Bryant was a sure thing to regress? He has done so in a big way, and now sits with Markus Wheaton outside starting territory. ... The Steelers' defense is average if you're being generous, and doesn't carry enough upside to be a starting option.
BENGALS
Start 'em: He's back to himself now, and A.J. Green is back to must-start territory.
Start 'em?: With the back-and-forth way they've been used, it's hard to imagine confidently running Giovani Bernard or Jeremy Hill out there. Either one could have a decent game, but with neither getting a full workload, they're both dodgy plays.
Sit 'em: With 11 points in each of his last two games, Andy Dalton is who he is. Nothing special, not a lot of upside, not a good starting option. ... In his last four games, Mohamed Sanu has had exactly two fantasy points in three of them. With Green on the field, Sanu's upside is limited. ... Jermaine Gresham has improved of late, though he sort of had to, and he's still outside starting territory. ... Mike Nugent has had far more bad games than good this season. ... The Bengals' defense hasn't had negative points since Week 6, but it hasn't gone above 10 points in that time either.
SUMMARY
Start in every league: Le’Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, Shaun Suisham, A.J. Green
Start if you’re desperate: Ben Roethlisberger, Heath Miller, Giovani Bernard, Jeremy Hill
Bench: Martavis Bryant, Markus Wheaton, Pittsburgh defense, Andy Dalton, Mohamed Sanu, Jermaine Gresham, Mike Nugent, Cincinnati defense
