It hasn't been common the last couple seasons for both the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars to be coming off of wins, but that's what the situation come Sunday. The Texans crushed the Tennessee Titans in Week 13, while the Jaguars had a big comeback to beat the New York Giants.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Texans vs. Jaguars
Both teams won their last game, meaning one of them will have back-to-back wins after Sunday.

The Texans will be without tight end Garrett Graham this week. Running back Arian Foster, though, looks healthy after being held up in practice this week with a groin issue. The Jaguars, meanwhile, should have their full complement of fantasy contributors; quarterback Blake Bortles and running back Toby Gerhart were on the week's injury report, but both appear fine to go.

TEXANS
Start 'em: The only thing keeping Arian Foster's value low this season has been his health, and even that has only been a problem when he's missed the game; when he plays, he performs. ... DeAndre Hopkins is clearly the team's top WR option now, and he's an easy WR2. ... You always start a defense facing Jacksonville, like the Texans' defense is doing this week.
Start 'em?: A week after a career-best game, with 39 fantasy points, Ryan Fitzpatrick is as sure a bet for regression as there is in the game. It's still a really nice matchup, though, so he slots as a low-end QB2. ... We really need to start seeing more out of Andre Johnson if he wants to have any kind of draft stock next season. ... Randy Bullock has had seven or more fantasy points in five of his last six games.
Sit 'em: Filling in for Garrett Graham, Ryan Griffin caught a touchdown last week, but that's all he's done all year; he's not a fantasy option.
JAGUARS
Start 'em?: After a string of big games, Denard Robinson has fallen on hard times of late. He's a flex at best. ... The Jaguars' defense has improved of late, and is pushing against starting-defense consideration.
Sit 'em: Between his own poor performance and his offensive line's, Blake Bortles has had a rough rookie season. He's not an option. ... The Jaguars keep moving around between Marqise Lee, Cecil Shorts III and Allen Hurns as their top receiver; if you're using one, it should probably be Lee, but the best bet is to stay away. ... Marcedes Lewis hasn't performed at all since returning from injury. ... Josh Scobee has exactly one game all season kicking for double-digit fantasy points.
