Both the Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles have back-to-back wins. They need every one they can get here on out, too -- the Eagles are trying to hold off the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East, while the Seattle Seahawks are breathing down the necks of the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC West. Sunday, they play one another, both looking to extend their short winning streaks.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Seahawks vs. Eagles
Two teams fighting for NFC playoff spots face each other Sunday, both needing a win.

The Seahawks will be without tight end Cooper Helfet for another week, as he deals with an ankle injury. Running back Marshawn Lynch, meanwhile, will be fine despite dealing with a back injury. Philadelphia running back Chris Polk and kicker Cody Parkey both appeared on the week's injury report, but both should be fine for Sunday.
The Eagles will host Sunday’s game, scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET. Let’s look at the fantasy considerations for the game:
SEAHAWKS
Start 'em: We haven't seen super upside out of Russell Wilson in recent weeks, but he keeps his floor generally high enough that he's a low-end QB1. ... Marshawn Lynch still hasn't had fewer than six points in a game all season. He's a No. 1 running back. ... Steven Hauschka hasn't had fewer than seven points in a game since Week 2. ... The Seahawks' defense has worked its way back into every-week must-start territory.
Sit 'em: In seven games since Percy Harvin got traded away, Doug Baldwin has had two decent games, but averaged only six fantasy points a game over that span. He's not a fantasy option. ... With Zach Miller done for the year and Cooper Helfet out for this game, Seattle will have Luke Willson and Tony Moeaki as its tight-end options this week, but neither is a fantasy option.
EAGLES
Start 'em: After a stretch of underwhelming performances, LeSean McCoy has put things back together of late, and makes sense as an every-week starter. ... It's been a great season kicking for Cody Parkey. He's in the elite class. ... The Eagles' defense has been elite this year; in a home game against a not-elite offense, that's a must-start.
Start 'em?: We've seen enough out of Mark Sanchez to trust him as a low-end starter, though the matchup against Seattle is scary enough to make him risky. ... The matchup against Seattle makes Jeremy Maclin and Jordan Matthews both flex plays; their upsides are limited.
Sit 'em: Remember when we all liked Zach Ertz? He's averaged barely two points a game over his last six, and is completely off the fantasy table.
SUMMARY
Start in every league: Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, Steven Hauschka, Seattle defense, LeSean McCoy, Cody Parkey, Philadelphia defense
Start if you’re desperate: Mark Sanchez, Jeremy Maclin, Jordan Matthews
Bench: Doug Baldwin, Luke Willson, Tony Moeaki, Zach Ertz
