Wednesday morning saw downhill skiing return to the Rosa Khutor Alpine Center, but one thing was very different from the men’s competition; two gold medals.

In a sport measured in hundredths-of-a-second, two skiers crossed the line at the exact same moment, resulting in the absence of a silver medal. Tina Maze of Slovenia and Switzerland’s Dominique Gisin each received gold for finishing in 1:41.57. This was the first tie in alpine skiing history at the Winter Olympics.

It was unclear whether Team USA would be able to reach the podium without Lindsay Vonn, who is missing the Sochi games while recovering from injury. The nation’s best chances lay with Julia Mancuso. She led the field in downhill in the Super Combined event earlier in the week, but was unable to repeat her performance in the solo event, finishing in eighth place.

You can find the full event results here, but these are your Top 5 in Women’s Downhill.

Bronze SUI Lara Gut 1:41.67
