Buck will be with new partners for the fall classic for the first time since 1996, when he first started broadcasting with Tim McCarver. Reynolds, 53, is a former MLB player, gaining All-Star accolades in two of his 12 seasons. He’s currently serving as an analyst on MLB Network, appearing on programs such as MLB Tonight and Quick Pitch in addition to famously playing the Skip Bayless to Brian Kenny’s Skip Bayless on MLB Now.
Before he was at MLB Network, Reynolds worked for ESPN from 1996-2006.
The 52-year-old Verducci has been a staple at Sports Illustrated since 1993 and serves as a reporter and insider for MLB Network. He’s also done broadcast work for Fox Sports during the regular season and at TBS during the postseason.
