A-League week 25 squad lists

Just three weeks remain in the A-League, so every new suspension or return from injury is magnified in importance.

Hagen Hopkins

Harry Kewell, who announced his retirement midweek, will miss the next two games for Melbourne Heart before making his final appearance in Round 27. Heart play at Brisbane Roar, who get Besart Berisha back from suspension and a handful of others from injury. Not that the Roar particularly need it, given they’ve already won the premiership. Melbourne Victory get help in defense with Pablo Contreras, Adama Traore and Nick Ansell all back from various injuries but lose Leigh Broxham to suspension for their big game against Sydney FC. And in New Zealand, Wellington Phoenix will make one last push for a finals position, thanks to the returns of Ben Sigmund from suspension and Carlos Hernandez from injury.
