Mayweather suffered a cut over his left eye from what appeared to be a clash of heads. He then continued to paw at the cut over and over, appearing to be very badly bothered by the blood. Mayweather began throwing some big punches, but continually complained about the cut to the referee.
In the corner after the round Mayweather appeared very upset about the cut.
