Maidana got caught by a right hand from Mayweather and then a body shot. Maidana continued charging forward though, eating the punches to the body to get his chance to rough up Floyd. Left hand from Mayweather lands well, Maidana comes forward and just misses with a wild shot.
Right by Mayweather, left hook from Maidana and a right hand from Mayweather. The two men are trading in this shockingly competitive fight.
Maidana somehow continues to get Mayweather to the ropes, but Floyd lands a big combination and Maidana has to back down for a second as Floyd has found his rhythm again in round nine.
