By Monday night, the eight-team field of the 2014 College World Series will be officially set. Between now and then, six teams will battle for the final three spots.

The final three super regionals will be decided in win-or-go-home Game 3s on Monday evening.

In a tournament that’s been full of upsets, it seems fitting that the three remaining national seeds are still fighting for a spot in Omaha. The highest-ranked seed in the field, No. 3 Virginia, survived an elimination game against Maryland on Sunday. No. 6 Louisiana-Lafayette and No. 7 TCU had opportunities to close out their supers, but lost to Ole Miss and Pepperdine, respectively. If those three schools were to lose on Monday, there won’t be a single national seed in Omaha.
Five teams have already booked their spot in Omaha, including one complete side of the bracket. Texas and UC Irvine will start play this Saturday afternoon, and Louisville and Vanderbilt will face off later that night. Texas Tech, who knocked off College of Charleston in a pair of 1-0 games, is still awaiting it’s opponent.

Each of the three super regionals still up for grabs will play winner-takes-all Game 3s on Monday. They’ll be broadcast on the ESPN family and live streamed at WatchESPN.com.
