Derek Jeter departed the 2014 All-Star Game in the top of the fourth inning to a standing ovation from the crowd. He received hugs as he went down the dugout, leading some to believe he might be traded shortly. The crowd demanded a curtain call and the captain obliged. His fellow All-Stars were heard saying "love you" as they hugged him.
