While it wasn't Yoenis Cespedes' 20-minute tour de force, Rusney Castillo's RocNation produced workout tape continued the long-held tradition that Cuban players conduct their workouts in Dan Uggla-approved shirts.

There’s no family barbecue, but we did get some sweet ball tracking technology, slow motion swings, and some closeups of Castillo’s cleats. Add in the Jay-Z soundtrack, and it’s a solid B+.
