Four gold medals will be up for grabs on Day 2 of the four-day Winter X Games festivities in Aspen, Colo., on Friday.

The X Games continue on Friday with four gold medals up for grabs.


The day kicks off with the Men’s and Women’s Snowboarder X events. Max Schairer was the top qualifier on the Men’s side, which also includes 2014 medal winner Konstantin Schad. Last year’s winner, Nate Holland, did not quality. Eva Samkova finished tops among Women’s qualifiers. Lindsey Jacobellis, the 2014 winner, finished fourth in qualifying and will shoot for her second consecutive gold.
Levi LaVallee, who won three gold medals in snowmobile events last year, will defend his Snowmobile Long Jump crown in the nightcap against the likes of Cory Davis and Colten Moore, who both beat out LaVallee in the first snowmobile event of the 2015 Games.
