Daniel Murphy branded his name onto a baseball on a HR
Daniel Murphy put his name on Friday night’s game, and one of the baseballs used during.
Murphy crushed a 2-0 fastball into the right field bullpen in the fourth inning, giving New York a 1-0 lead. But what made the home run memorable was that Murphy hit the ball so hard, his own name from his bat became imprinted on the ball.
