Steve Smith places Mike Mitchell on his ‘lifetime hit list’ for hit that injured him

OH BOY

It doesn’t take much to make Steve Smith angry. And when he was knocked out of the game Thursday, his former Carolina Panthers teammate Mike Mitchell, gave him an unfriendly message, according to Smith’s post game comments.

“After he hit me, he said, ‘How you like that?” Smith described of what Mitchell told him after his hit. “The best thing I could do without threatening him and saying that I will assault him when I see him is, I will say, I look forward to playing him again and he’s on my lifetime hitlist.”

Major prayers to you, Mike Mitchell, because you are going to need all of them.
