Despite having no receivers with name recognition, the Carolina Panthers are 3-0 and favored to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday. The Buccaneers are 1-2 and haven’t won a home game since Week 14 of 2013. They look to break a 10-game home losing streak Sunday.
Fantasy football advice, Week 4: Who to start/sit for Panthers vs. Buccaneers
The undefeated Panthers put their record on the line on the road at the Buccaneers.

The Panthers will be without wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery Sunday, but should have running back Jonathan Stewart on the field despite a leg injury. On the Tampa Bay side, tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins will miss his second straight game with a shoulder injury. Running back Doug Martin should play through his knee injury.
The game Sunday, scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, will be played in Tampa. Here’s a look at the fantasy names to consider:
PANTHERS
Start ‘em: The big success of Cam Newton the last couple weeks has been on the back of some rushing touchdowns, which is hard to count on consistently. Still, he’s made himself a must-start, one way or another. ... People who picked Greg Olsen early in drafts had to breathe a sigh of relief in Week 3, when he finally had a big game. He’s a must-start. ... Graham Gano is a solid if unspectacular kicker, right on the edge of weekly starting territory.
Start ‘em?: With Newton scoring the rushing touchdowns, there haven’t been as many touches for Jonathan Stewart. He’s still the bellcow running back, but his upside is limited. ... The Panthers’ defense sandwiched two big games around an awful Week 2. It’s a fine option, though not an elite one.
Sit ‘em: Of the Panthers’ mishmash of receivers, only Ted Ginn has been anything approaching fantasy-relevant, but neither he, nor Philly Brown, nor Devin Funchess is really worth a fantasy look.
BUCCANEERS
Start ‘em: Week 3 was the first game of the season in which Mike Evans was really involved, but he’s still the team’s top weapon, and he’s still a must-start.
Start ‘em?: The return of Evans to relevance renders Vincent Jackson a mid-to-low flex option.
Sit ‘em: We’re still waiting for flashes of Jameis Winston as the first overall draft pick. It’ll come. But in the meantime, he’s nothing but a fantasy bench option. ... Doug Martin has proven to be as disappointing as he was the last few years. ... Charles Sims has been stealing too many touches from Martin for the starter to have value, but hasn’t done enough to have value in his own right. ... With Seferian-Jenkins shelved, Brandon Myers fills Tampa Bay’s tight end role, but he’s not a fantasy option. ... Kyle Brindza has had two awful fantasy games out of three outings so far. He’s not a fantasy option. ... The Buccaneers’ defense, even against a Carolina team without much at receiver, isn’t in fantasy consideration.
