Kristaps Porzingis was .00001 seconds too late on this game-winning buzzer-beater

Poor Knicks. Poor Kristaps Porzingis. They missed picking up a legendary win over the Charlotte Hornets by thiiiiis much.

That’s Porzingis making a game-winning three attempt with 0.4 seconds left. It’s barely -- BARELY -- in his arms. It may as well have counted.

Instead, the Hornets won, 95-93.

The worst part? It followed a sad Knicks sequence where Carmelo Anthony hits the side of the backboard on a game-winning attempt ...

... only to see Cody Zeller make a wide-open layup that proved to be the game-winner.

Poor Knicks. Guess the PORZINGIS mess-cleaner doesn’t work all the time.
