Chris Paul wasn't even sure he was going to play against the undefeated Golden State Warriors on Thursday until hours before the game. You could argue he shouldn't even be playing after missing a couple of games with a nagging groin injury. Regardless, the Clippers are pretty glad he is.
Chris Paul wasn’t supposed to play. Now, he can’t miss against the Warriors
Paul and Griffin just had monster first quarters in a bid to knock off the NBA’s last undefeated team.

Paul's running mate Blake Griffin had himself a first quarter, too -- 12 points on 6-of-10 shooting. And shots like this.
Amazingly, it didn’t matter. The Warriors rallied and won, 124-117, to move to 13-0 despite Paul’s 35 points.
