Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery caught a touchdown pass Sunday. That was Jeffery's only catch, as he was forced from the Bears' 38-17 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in the third quarter with what was described as a hamstring injury.
Alshon Jeffery leaves with hamstring tightness, putting fantasy value in question
The wide receiver had only one catch on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeffery was targeted five times before leaving the game, but hauled in only the one 10-yard score. With Jeffery sidelined and Marquess Wilson on injured reserve, the Bears' top wide receivers Sunday were Marc Mariani (three catches for 31 yards) and Eddie Royal (five for 31).
The team looked more heavily to running back Matt Forte (six for 57 and a score) and tight end Zach Miller (six for 57).
Fantasy impact: It feels like Jeffery is always dealing with some sort of hamstring issue, and at the least it’s always a leg. With the Bears having ridden a three-game losing streak to postseason irrelevance, there’s no reason to push Jeffery back if his leg isn’t up for it.
That said, after the game Jeffery said the hamstring was just a mild tightening, which theoretically would mean he shouldn’t miss extended time.
The best thing to do right now is just monitor reports out of Chicago. If Jeffery plays, he’ll be right back near the top of fantasy wide receiver rankings like always; if he misses time, there isn’t really a Chicago wide receiver worth being a replacement.
